Ford recently announced a few updates to their SYNC system is powered by Microsoft. The first, and a very great addition is the ability to SYNC’s 911 Assist feature to transmit your exact GPS coordinates to the authorities in case of an accident, so they know your exact location. For me this is a tremendous addition to all the cool things SYNC does. The best part of this life saving equipment function is the price, it’s free, unlike GM’s On-Star service, which can provide similar services and cost about $ 299 per year after the initial subscription runs out.

The second new addition to the SYNC is “Send to SYNC” feature. Send to SYNC “provides motorists with the Bluetooth phone to send Google Maps and destinations of their vehicles via an existing cloud-based in-car app called Traffic, directions, and Information (TDI for short ).< p style = "text-align: center;">
