I have never had any interest what-so-ever in owning any of the new crop of muscle cars on offer from a not-so-big-long three. Ford’s new 5.0 Mustang GT is completely turned everything upside down, because for some inexplicable reason, I really want one. Yes, it has a live rear axle, but it also has BMW M3 matching numbers for about half the cost. Watch the video after the jump and maybe you’ll start to see things my way. It is mainly marketing gimmickery, but I am enormously breastfed for things like this. The mandatory generic rock music and manly voice-overs are both present, but something with smoke-filled burnouts and loose V8s sound has the effect on me.
