BMW India has just brought in the latest generation 2010 BMW 5-series saloon on board. The sixth generation of the BMW? S executive luxury saloon range was recently launched internationally, and marque from Munich have been quick enough to bring it to India which is fast developing as an important market for the company.

BMW India has kept prices very competitive for the new car that starts at Rs 38.9 lakh for the petrol-powered 523i. The diesel engine 525d will go to Rs 39.9 lakh, while the 530d version with the larger diesel engine will go to Rs 45.9 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom across India. The cars will come in as CKD units, which have given them a head start in terms of prices. In addition, BMW also bring with stonking gasoline powered 535i as a CBU, which will retail for Rs 58 lakh ex-showroom across India.
